SERVICE GUARANTEE
The dental services provided at the ODONTO Dental Clinic are covered by a periodic warranty, in accordance with the following terms:
Light-cured Fillings:
- Warranty: 12 months for permanent teeth and 6 months for milk teeth.
- In case of tooth loss, the warranty is determined individually with the dentist.
- No warranty is provided in case of bruxism.
Crown and Root Posts:
- Warranty: 2 years.
- In case of tooth loss, no warranty is provided.
- If tooth loss is restored (teeth 16-26 on the upper jaw and 36-46 on the lower jaw) within 6 months of placing the crown and root post, the warranty is extended to 2 years.
Porcelain/Prosthetic Restorations:
- Warranty: 2 years for crowns, onlays, inlays, and porcelain crowns and bridges on implants.
- In case of tooth loss, no warranty is provided.
- If tooth loss is restored (teeth 16-26 on the upper jaw and 36-46 on the lower jaw) within 6 months of placing the prosthetic restoration, the warranty is extended to 2 years.
- In case of bruxism, the warranty is determined individually based on the patient’s anatomical and prosthetic conditions.
Composite Restorations (Bonding, Flow Injection):
- Warranty: 30 days.
- Free adjustments under warranty within 30 days of the restoration.
- After the warranty period, adjustments are chargeable according to the current price list.

Implants:
- Warranty: 5 years from the moment the implant is placed. The warranty covers only the material and is provided by the manufacturer. It covers material defects, excluding the cost of treatments related to bone and soft tissue, which may be required due to the body’s unpredictable response to the implant. The warranty covers the free replacement of the implant if it fails to integrate with the bone.
- No warranty is provided in case of unfilled tooth gaps or bruxism.
- If tooth gaps are restored (teeth 16-26 on the upper jaw and 36-46 on the lower jaw) within 6 months of the implant placement, the warranty is extended to 2 years.
Primary Endodontic Treatment:
- Warranty: 12 months, due to the specific nature of root canal treatment and its 5% failure risk. If the patient experiences pain in the treated tooth within 12 months of completing the primary root canal treatment, they will receive free re-treatment or free tooth removal if the tooth is deemed non-salvageable. The condition for receiving the warranty is performing an appropriate restoration after root canal treatment, as recommended by the dentist, along with regular radiological check-ups.
Exclusions from Warranty:
- Temporary restorations (temporary crowns, immediate dentures).
- Restorations made at the explicit request of the patient, despite being informed by the dentist about limited warranty or no warranty.
- Prosthetic work not picked up by the patient within 4 weeks of completion in the prosthetic laboratory.
- Prosthetic work performed on a patient with a diagnosed occlusal disease who did not receive treatment for it before the work was done, despite the dentist’s recommendations.
- Treatment performed without the possibility of proper diagnostics (e.g., endodontic treatment for pregnant women).
- Work transferred to another dentist or technician outside ODONTO Dental Clinic.
- Work accepted by the patient in writing (according to the “Acceptance of Completed Prosthetic Work” document), where the patient requests changes to the shape or color of the installed prosthetic work.
- All work for which full payment has not been made.
Warranty Does Not Cover Damage Resulting From:
- Corrections made outside ODONTO Dental Clinic.
- Insufficient oral hygiene and failure to adhere to recommended check-up visits.
- Not following the dentist’s instructions on the care of prosthetic restorations.
- Accidents and mechanical injuries.
- Natural bone resorption and changes in the periodontal tissue.
- Diseases negatively affecting the chewing system (e.g., diabetes, osteoporosis, epilepsy, post-chemotherapy or radiotherapy).
- Inability to perform the service following proper procedures (e.g., lack of cooperation during treatment).
- Ongoing dental treatments.
If there is a defect in the prosthetic work or symptoms resulting from dental treatment, the patient is required to report to the treating dentist within 14 working days of the problem arising.
If the patient withdraws from the treatment plan, the warranty for the services provided at ODONTO Dental Clinic is void.
To maintain the above warranty for dental services, it is necessary for the patient to attend the following paid visits at ODONTO Dental Clinic:
a) Hygiene treatments performed by certified hygienists: scaling, air polishing, and possible fluoridation (every 6 months).
b) Follow-up visits to the treating dentist (every 6 or 12 months, depending on the dentist’s or hygienist’s recommendations).
c) Control X-rays (performed if necessary during follow-up visits).
d) Prompt treatment of new cavities or specialist consultations recommended by the dentist during follow-up visits.
e) Maintaining proper daily oral hygiene according to the dentist’s and hygienist’s recommendations.
f) Restoration of any missing teeth within the treatment plan period at ODONTO.
Failure to adhere to all warranty conditions at ODONTO will shorten the warranty period to 6 months, and the patient will be required to cover the costs of any necessary repairs to the prosthetic work that has been damaged.
