SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a guarantee on all dental services performed at ODONTO. The condition for the guarantee is control visits at least once every 6 months or according to an individually established schedule. During these visits, regular, professional teeth cleaning from tartar and plaque, as well as treatment of new carious lesions, is performed if necessary.

What dental services are covered by the guarantee?

Light-cured Fillings:

• 1-year guarantee for permanent teeth
• 6-month guarantee for missing teeth in the dentition
• 6-month guarantee for milk teeth

Prosthetic Restorations:

• 2-year guarantee for full dentition restorations
• 6-month guarantee for partial dentition restorations
• Possibility of extending the guarantee to 2 years for full dentition restorations within 6 months
• 6-month guarantee for milk teeth

The guarantee does not cover:

• Temporary works (temporary crowns, immediate dentures)
• Works where the patient was informed of limited or no guarantee, which were performed at the patient’s explicit request
• Fractures of tooth crowns between visits, teeth under treatment

Loss of guarantee occurs in the case of:

• Corrections made outside of ODONTO Dental Clinic
• Non-compliance with doctor’s recommendations regarding the care of prosthetic restorations (hygiene recommendations, use of bite guards)
• Inadequate oral hygiene
• Accidents and mechanical injuries
• Non-compliance with recommended control visits
• Natural bone atrophy and changes in the periodontium
• Pre-existing conditions adversely affecting the chewing system (e.g., diabetes, osteoporosis, epilepsy, states after chemo and radiotherapy)
